And this location can’t be beat! On the east end of Orange Beach, just before The Pass, you can walk to The Gulf Orange Beach, and several other restaurants, like The Cobalt, are under a mile away. With a marina, dolphin tours, water sports, and fishing charters right across the street, it’s easy to get out on the water and enjoy the Alabama sunshine.

From your Phoenix East condo, it’s easy to get to everything in Orange Beach. Relax waterfront at The Wharf, hit Adventure Island with the kids, or get in some nature and wildlife viewing at Gulf State Park. And you’re also just a short drive from the Florida border and Perdido Key, where there’s live music at the world-famous Flora-Bama beach bar and yummy eats at Old River Grill and Flora-Bama Yacht Club.

Parking is limited. A one bedroom condo will be issued one (1) car pass. A two or three bedroom will be issued a maximum of two (2) car passes.
