Whatever you need, there’s something nearby, like Walmart, Publix, and all kinds of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Phoenix 8 is also a quick drive to Gulf State Park, Orange Beach History Museum, The Wharf, arcades, amusement parks, and more.
Parking is limited. A one-bedroom condo will be issued one (1) car pass. A two- or three-bedroom condo will be issued a maximum of two (2) car passes. Rapid charging for electric vehicles is available for an additional fee.
